Deep crimson colour. Thick aroma of ripe fruits with vanilla, chocolate and spice notes. Enthusiastic with good structure, ripe tannins, complexity and lingering flavour.
Destem the grapes and let them remain in the tank for approximately 20-30 days, with 3 infusions per day. 1-2 months in tank. Mature for
18 months in oak barrels (we use 225lt and 500lt barrels in 60-40% relative rate, 20% new and 80% second hand). The final product allowed to rest in the tank at least for one month and then in the bottle unfiltered!! The final product stay in the winery for 6 months in the bottle and finally to the markets.
Decanting is recommended (or at least open up the bottle at least 30 min earlier)
